Meet Lance Parker
Since 1994, I have been helping people achieve their financial goals through a comprehensive wealth advisory approach.
My belief is that a financial advisor should be more than a stranger at the other end of the phone line telling you what they think you should do with your money. I spend as much time as it takes to get to know you, your unique financial situation, and your goals. This personalized approach allows me to give you the kind of advice you would expect from a trusted family member or friend—with the added bonus of my years of education and experience to guide you. I’m proud to have earned the designation of an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and a Certified Funds Specialist (CFS®) from the Institute of Business and Finance.
I am not only involved with my clients on a personal level; I am also involved in my community. As part of my continuing commitment to the area where I have made my home and raised my family for over three decades, I teach a 5-part class at San Luis Obispo High School called “Money Talks for Teens”. Conducted on behalf of the United Way of San Luis Obispo, the class teaches teenagers the practical essentials of money management.
One of my true passions in life is the game of golf. Having played for more than 50 years, I have expanded my knowledge in the history of the game and the fundamentals of the swing, as well as the Rules of the game. I volunteer time with the Northern California Golf Association and other various golf groups as a USGA certified Rules official. In 2019, I was elected to the Northern California Golf Association board of directors and to the California Golf Association board of directors.
